The proprietor, L. Darryl Duffe, is a designer, builder and small developer of energy efficient, sustainable building projects, with 30 years experience, using green materials which are renewable, sometimes recycled, energy efficient, sustainable and non-toxic.

The goal in these business endeavors has always been to produce aesthetically pleasing, low cost to own and maintain, comfortable and healthy buildings.

Specializing in designing and building strong, efficient,

low-maintenance structures while minimizing call backs, has had

the effect of creating many happy clients over the years.

Construction techniques used are 2 green construction systems:

ICFs- Insulating Concrete Forms

SIPs- Structural Insulated Panels

both are employed to achieve quiet, storm-resistant buildings

that feel strong, safe and resistant to any natural extremes.

We consider life cycle costs and durability more important than

using cheap construction methods to curb initial costs.

Most recently Mr. Duffe has been working on becoming

a LEED A.P. (LEED Acredited Professional) sanctioned by the

USGBC (U.S. Green Building Association).

Affordable building is a concern, as is efficient use of resources,

which is why we're also acquiring the skills to design and build

using re-purposed steel shipping containers for very strong

structural envelopes so that energy efficient buildings

can be constructed in a budget conscious way.

Most of my focus is on residential structures, but occasional office and restaurant design/build services are engaged both for new construction, remodeling and renovation.
