Here's a portfolio of various projects I've been involved in since 1978 when I was learning the architecture trade as a draftsman and energy analyst at William Langdon Associates in Ashehville, NC to the present time where I am operating as Duffe Design Build Services in Fernandina Beach, FL.
All the buildings pictures are ones that I designed and/or built as a small developer, building designer or contractor. When legally required for a commercial job, I have worked with three architects to act as principals (In each case, I did the drawings and had them review the work in progress, do a check set, and stamp the drawings.) On residential jobs, I do the plans in my own business name Duffe' Design Build and have a structural analysis by an engineer who stamps the pertinent pages for permitting.
